3. Account Responsibility

HOTELAAT.COM is an online travel platform that provides B2B access to hotel accommodation, holiday packages, and tourism-related services.
6. Bookings & Accommodations
A. Booking Responsibility All bookings must be completed online. It is the agent’s responsibility to verify all booking details. B. Passenger Nationality Declaring the correct nationality is mandatory. Any losses due to false declaration are the agent's responsibility. C. Guest Names & Room Types Accurate guest names must be entered (First Name followed by Family Name). Incorrect room selection may lead to rejection with no refunds. D. Special Requests Requests are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability. E. Check-in/Checkout Late arrivals must be communicated to the hotel in advance. Early checkouts may only be refundable with hotel-issued documentation. F. Hotel Categories & Rates Star ratings vary by country and are informational only. Rates may fluctuate due to currency exchange until full payment is made.
7. Payments & Fees
Payment is required at the time of booking. Credit card payments may incur handling fees. Resort fees and incidental charges (e.g., spa, minibar) are paid by the guest directly at the hotel. HOTELAAT.COM is not liable for charges not included in the base rate.
8. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations must be made through the platform or by email before the deadline. HOTELAAT.COM does not accept cancellations via phone. Cancellations after the allowed window are subject to fees. Duplicate bookings must be amended or cancelled by the agent.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 15 days after checkout. Must include hotel manager’s signed documentation. Response time: 5 to 20 business days.
10. Liability & Relocation
Relocation due to overbooking is the responsibility of the hotel/provider. HOTELAAT.COM does not cover costs related to relocations or service failures beyond its control.
11. Website Use & Conduct
All content is protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without permission. Misuse or abuse of the platform will lead to account termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for: Indirect or consequential damages Data loss, software issues, or hosting failures Natural disasters or force majeure events
13. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. Maintenance or external failures may impact availability.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Professional Gate Tourism L.L.C from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse or breach of these Terms.
